A Gentle nourishing Hatha Flow Yoga Class with Pranayama (breathing practices), flowing into Yoga Asanas (physical postures) and followed by a deeply relaxing (Guided Meditation) – suitable for beginners.
Thursday Evenings 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Yoga mats, blocks & soft blankets provided.
