A special time to revitalise your Body and Mind with a lovely nourishing Yoga practice. A wonderful Yoga For Health Winter Sunday Sanctuary on Sunday 19th January 2020 from 10.30 a.m. to 12.45 p.m. (Suitable for all including beginners) A nurturing Yoga practice to bring balance to your mind, body and spirit.

We’ll begin our nurturing Yoga practice with breathing techniques to balance the body and mind and strengthen the immune system. Gentle Yoga movements to stretch, strengthen and release tension, relieving aches and pains. Nourishing Yoga movements to re-energise your lungs, boost your metabolism and bring clarity to your mind. We’ll then relax into Restorative Postures with buck wheat bolsters, soft blankets & lavender eye pillows to help your body and mind begin to ‘let go’. Then a wonderful deeply restorative Guided Relaxation to leave you feeling rejuvenated.

It’s an experience you’ll love, in a non-judgemental safe and nurturing environment where you can be yourself. Yoga Mats, bolsters, soft blankets and lavender eye pillows all provided along with refreshments, and home baked delights.
