A wonderfully relaxing Morning Yoga Sanctuary for you and a friend or member of your family on Sunday 15th April 2018 from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. (Suitable for absolute beginners) £15 per person for a full 2hrs class.
We’ll begin our relaxing Yoga Sanctuary with calming breathing techniques. Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga to stretch, strengthen and release tension, relieving any aches and pains. We’ll move into Restorative Postures with the support of bolsters and soft blankets to help your body and mind to ‘let go’ . Then a wonderful deeply relaxing Guided Meditation to leave you feeling fully refreshed.
It’s an experience you’ll enjoy, in a non-judgemental safe and nurturing environment where you can unwind and relax. Yoga Mats, bolsters, soft blankets and lavender eye masks all provided along with refreshments, home baked cookies and Bliss Balls.
